ReachVero ("we," "us," or "our") operates a software service that helps users identify professional contacts and draft personalized outreach emails for internship purposes. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect your personal information when you use our website and services (collectively, the "Service").
By using the Service you agree to the practices described in this policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
We collect only what is necessary to provide the Service:
Account information. When you sign in with Microsoft or Google, we receive your name, email address, and a unique account identifier from that provider. We store this to create and maintain your account.
Email sending credentials. To send emails on your behalf, we store an encrypted refresh token issued by Microsoft or Google. This token allows us to send email through your account without storing your password. We never read, index, or store the content of your existing emails.
Resume content. If you upload a resume, we store the extracted text to help personalize your outreach drafts. You can delete it at any time from your account settings.
Campaign and contact data. We store the campaign briefs, contact records, and email drafts you create within the Service so you can review and manage them.
Payment information. Payments are processed by Stripe. We store your Stripe customer ID to manage your subscription. We never see or store your full card number or billing details.
Usage data. We may collect standard server logs including IP address, browser type, and pages visited for security and reliability purposes. We do not use third-party analytics trackers.
We use the information we collect to:
Provide the Service, including discovering contacts, generating email drafts, and sending approved emails through your email account.
Manage your subscription and process payments through Stripe.
Improve reliability and diagnose technical issues using server logs.
Communicate with you about your account, such as billing receipts or important service updates.
We do not sell your personal information to any third party. We do not use your data to train AI models.
To provide the Service, we share limited data with the following third-party providers:
Microsoft and Google. Your email account credentials (OAuth tokens) are used solely to send emails you have approved. We interact with your email account on your behalf only to perform actions you have explicitly authorized.
Stripe. Your email address and name are shared with Stripe to create a billing account. Stripe's privacy policy governs how they handle that data.
AI and data providers. We use third-party AI and data services internally to generate email drafts and surface contact information. Your campaign brief and target company information may be processed by these services. We do not share your personal account data, email content, or credentials with these services.
Each of these providers has its own privacy policy governing the data we share with them.
Your data is stored in a secured database. Email account refresh tokens are encrypted at rest before storage. We use HTTPS for all data in transit.
We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information from unauthorized access. However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure.
We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. If you cancel your subscription and close your account, we will delete your personal data within 30 days, except where we are required to retain it for legal or financial compliance purposes.
You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us through the account settings page.
Depending on where you are located, you may have the following rights regarding your personal data:
Access. You may request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
Correction. You may request that we correct inaccurate information.
Deletion. You may request that we delete your personal data.
Portability. You may request an export of your data in a machine-readable format.

The Service is not directed to individuals under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.
