What is a credit?
Credits are spent when ReachVero discovers and enriches contacts. Finding one contact costs roughly 10 credits, covering company lookup, contact enrichment, and email drafting.
Do unused credits roll over?
Credits reset each billing cycle and do not roll over. Choose the plan that matches your monthly outreach volume.
Do I need a Google or Microsoft account?
Yes. ReachVero sends from your own Gmail or Outlook account so replies land in your inbox and everything looks like it came from you personally.
Can I cancel any time?
Absolutely. Cancel from your billing portal and you won't be charged again. You keep access until the end of the billing period.
Is my data safe?
We store only the minimum required. Your email account token is encrypted at rest and we never read or store your emails.
